If this Is a support forum you have to stop referre the users. To FPA, the threshold to start with FPA is way to high. I say this as feedback to the joomla comunity. The FPA is maybe a good tool for the development team but it is not user friendly in any way.We need further information. Please post the Forum Post Assistant report (see the red box at the top of this forum screen, under Forum rules).
